ArchivesSeven cities want Olympics in 2014
In quite exactly one year the IOC wil decide who will host the next Olympic Wintergames after Torino and Vancouver in 2014. Allthough they have to wait a long time until the final decision is made. Only in 2007 will the lucky one be able to let the champagne flow. And one of these cities will be the winner:
Almaty (Kazakhstan), Borjomi (Georgia), Jaca (Spain), PyeongChang (Republic of Korea), Salzburg (Austria), Sochi (Russia), Sofia (Bulgaria). We go for the underdogs: Go Almaty! Go Kazakhstan! Posted 07/29/05
About the Torino 2006 Blog
This blog is the result of the hardship of me, Kyrre Andersen - a Norwegian living and working in Milano, Italy. Although it's not Torino, it's pretty darn close. Anyway, I like winter sports, and being a Norwegian used to snow and cold, bad weather, what better than write some words about it.
